In this 1:1 journey, we dive deep into the wounds and blocks that keep you from expressing your unique voice and authentic self. Together we discover you true power as a woman, how you can live your highest potential, find the deep connection between your voice and your womb and learn to sing intuitively from your soul.
This program is a highly individual journey that is here to serve your specific needs.
Depending on these needs, the focus will vary in each session between learning singing techniques, connecting spiritually to your voice and diving into blockages and womb work.

voice-Womb connection
Did you know that the physical structure of your pelvic floor and Larynx (the part of your throat, where your vocal chords are) are almost the same? And not just that – They are also connected through fascia. So our voice and our womb are deeply connected. Physically and spiritually.
As women, our wounds are stored deep inside of our womb, which can effect how we express ourselves (also through our voice). These wounds can make us feel small, not good enough, shy and afraid of beeing seen and heard.

I remember how my brother used to say “stop singing, you sound awful!”.
This and many other experiences caused deep wounds, that were all stored in my womb, making me not want to sing in front of anyone, feeling not good enough and strongly disconnected from who I really was, who I wanted to be and my womanhood.
After 6 years of deep inner child work, shamanic journeys, and many experiences and trainings, I slowly put back together the scattered pieces, found out who I really was, what I wanted to bring into this world, my purpose and the love for my expression. The love for my music and art. The love for sharing my voice with other souls, in a way that is aligned and that feels truly fulfilling to my very core.
This is what I want to share with women on their own unique path and offer a safe space to support on many different levels.

Many centuries ago there was a time when women were revered as absolutely magical beings. A time when we were in tune with our cycles and with nature. When we were deeply connected to our inner wisdom and intuition.
And today? The evolution of our society oppressed us women more and more and at its peak even burned millions of women as witches for our beautiful gifts. Shame, guilt, fears, not feeling “good” enough, society’s expectations, beauty standards, endless to-do lists, making it harder to living our true nature.
